Half wise section is dedicated to my friends
This term is a slightly noble alternate for "half mads" . The ones who many time act as a foolish or nearly mad person. Such behaviors, incidents are memories of life which are enjoyed every time remembered and allow me to nominate the title half wise. This section will be filled later as i have to take some measures before i could make such publications.
